Rozdział pierwszy prezentuje teoretyczny kontekst pojęcia kształcenia i kształcenia nauczycieli oraz zawiera przegląd różnych modeli i teorii, z uwzględnieniem tendencji następujących zmian.This monograph consists of six chapters and conclusions.
